You call or walk in and describe what needs attention. We give you an honest assessment on the spot — no inflated quote to haggle down later. If we can handle it ourselves, we schedule a visit. If it's genuinely outside our scope (structural electrical work, for example), we say so clearly and point you toward someone qualified. The technician arrives in the agreed window, works through the task, and walks you through what was done before leaving. Payment is settled at completion; we don't ask for large deposits upfront.
