How booking with Novaupulse works
Ring our number or step into the shop and pick a date and time that suits you. We check availability on the spot, confirm the slot verbally, and follow up with a brief SMS so you have the details in writing. On the day, you'll receive a reminder message roughly one hour before our arrival window. We target a 30-minute arrival window — not a four-hour stretch. If our team is running late for any reason, we call ahead rather than leave you waiting without word. Rescheduling is straightforward: one call, no penalty, we move your slot to the next available time.

What we don't do with appointments
We don't take open-ended bookings with no defined scope — both our time and yours deserve better than that. If a job is likely to run long or involves uncertainties we can't price in advance, we'll split it into a scoping visit first and a works visit second. We also don't guarantee same-day slots during peak weeks (end of month is typically busy in Kakamega); booking two or three days ahead gives you the widest choice.
